Work has begun on Phase II of Hidden Lake Apartments in Gainesville, FL with our partnering contractor The FaverGray Co. of Jacksonville Beach.  The 160-bed Hidden Lakes Apartments Phase II will have 40 units and a clubhouse in three, three-story buildings totaling 69,630 square feet. Expected construction completion date is July 2015.
