O’Steen Brothers will begin construction on the new San Felasco Parkway Project in Alachua this month!

The San Felasco Parkway is the first phase of a new two lane divided roadway.  Phase one is approximately 7,300 LF in length and connects CR 241 to Progress Boulevard in Progress Park.  Future phases will extend the parkway to the east.

The roadway will consist of two 12-foot travel lanes, 7-foot bike lanes, and 8-foot wide sidewalks.  The corridor will also include lighting, landscaping, stormwater, and utilities such as water, sewer, electric, gas, and telecom.
