This project is a multi-use trail from NW 45th Ave to NW 39th Ave. This is an extension of an existing trail that runs parallel to the Norton Elementary School site from NW 45th Ave to NW 53rd Ave.

Groundbreaking began today for the new Gamma Phi Beta Sorority House located just off-campus from the University of Florida. O’Steen Brothers worked fast to make this happen, just in time for the owner’s birthday. The Owner had stated that all she wanted for her birthday was to see a piece of equipment on site, so we put a pink ribbon on an excavator and took a picture for her!

O’Steen Brothers is proud to work with D.E. Scorpio Corp. on this project. This is only one of several sorority houses we have performed site work for in the area.
