The Nine Gainesville has recently opened, with amazing amenities for students at UF. The General Contractor was very pleased with the site work and utilities provided by O’Steen Brothers, and have already contracted with us once again on three additional projects in the Gainesville area!

This apartment complex has to be seen to be believed- especially the pool area which is unlike anything most people have ever seen!
