O’Steen Brothers is proud to be working on The University Athletic Association’s Soccer Team Facilities & Lacrosse Facility Improvements Project. This is a major athletic facility renovation project located on the University of Florida’s main campus. O’Steen Brothers will handle the site work construction portion of the project in addition to the underground utilities. Spanning over 22,000 SF, the construction improvements will include renovations to the existing Lacrosse facility including additions to accommodate new soccer team facilities and support spaces. A new 40-ton split system custom air handling unit will be installed along with custom building automation system controls. To help with ventilation, the team will install new domestic water and sanitary waste/vent provisions for the new restrooms, shower room, and lounge areas. Additionally, new power, lighting, and fire alarms will be added to serve the new and renovated spaces.
